Arthee 'Art' Baltazar is an American comics artist and writer born in 1968, known for his super-cartoonist style originating from Chicago. He began his career in 1994 with the self-published comic The Cray-Baby Adventures and gained acclaim for co-creating the Eisner and Harvey Award-winning DC Comics series Tiny Titans, Itty Bitty Hellboy, and others like Superman Family Adventures and Aw Yeah Comics![1][2][3][4][6]
