Anselm of Aosta

Anselm of Aosta, also known as Anselm of Canterbury, was an Italian medieval philosopher, theologian, and Benedictine monk who served as Archbishop of Canterbury. He is renowned for his ontological argument for God's existence and works such as 'Proslogion' and 'Cur Deus Homo'. His writings were foundational in Scholasticism.
