Annie Grace grew up in a one-room log cabin without running water or electricity outside Aspen, Colorado, and rose to become the youngest vice president of a multinational company at age 26, later serving as a global marketing executive responsible for 28 countries while struggling with heavy alcohol consumption of nearly two bottles of wine nightly.[1][2][3][5] She left her executive role to research psychology and neuroscience, developing a method to change unconscious beliefs about alcohol that led to her sobriety and the writing of her bestselling book This Naked Mind.[1][2][6] Now living alcohol-free with her husband and three children in the Colorado mountains, she has helped thousands worldwide through her books, podcast, app, and programs like The Alcohol Experiment.[3][5][6]
