Annette M. Doherty
Annette M. Doherty is a British chemist renowned for her 35-year career in the pharmaceutical industry, where she led the development and launch of over 30 new medicines for respiratory, infectious, cancer, and inflammatory conditions at companies like Pfizer and GSK. She currently serves as President of the Royal Society of Chemistry and holds chairs at Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust and East Kent Hospitals University NHS Foundation Trust. Awarded an OBE in 2009 for services to the pharmaceutical sector, she is also a Senior Advisor at Frazier Life Sciences.
