Annalise G. Roberts

Annalise G. Roberts is an American author specializing in gluten-free baking, diagnosed with celiac disease in late 2002, after which she developed recipes for gluten-free baked goods that rival wheat-based counterparts.[1] Her work was first featured in Gourmet magazine in November 2005, marking her as the first gluten-free writer published in a mainstream food magazine, with recipes later appearing in various newspapers and magazines.[1] Prior to writing, she had a career in communications and marketing, graduating as a Henry Rutgers Scholar from Rutgers College and earning an MBA from NYU Stern, with experience at CBS, Dow Jones, Merrill Lynch, ad agencies, and teaching big data and direct marketing at Rutgers.[2]
