Anna Lefteratou

Dr. Anna Lefteratou is a classicist and university lecturer in Patristics at the University of Cambridge, specializing in Early Christian literature, cultural history of the Roman Empire, and intertextuality between Homeric epics and biblical texts. She earned her D.Phil. in Classics from the University of Oxford in 2010, along with degrees from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, Université Paris IV Sorbonne, and a BA in Music/Piano Performance from Attikon Odeion in Athens. Her notable publication includes 'The Homeric Centos: Homer and the Bible Interwoven' (Oxford University Press, 2023), exploring Homeric reworkings in biblical epic.
