Angharad Jones

Meinir Angharad Jones was a Welsh television executive and acclaimed prose writer, best known for her role as Commissioning Editor for Drama and Film at S4C from 1996 to 2007, where she oversaw popular programs like the soap operas Con Passionate, Eldra, and Caerdydd.[1] She achieved literary recognition by winning the Crown at the Urdd National Eisteddfod in 1984 and the Literature Medal at the National Eisteddfod in 1995 for her novel Y Dylluan Wen (The White Owl), which was later adapted for television.[1]
