Angela Nilsen

Angela Nilsen is a British food writer and editor best known for her work with BBC Good Food, where she served as Food Editor from May 1994 to July 2004. She later became a freelance writer and editor and has authored several cookery books, including titles on cakes, Christmas dishes, and baking.
