Andy Petter

Andrew Petter is a Canadian legal scholar, former politician, and academic leader born in Victoria, British Columbia, in 1953. He graduated top of his class from the University of Victoria Faculty of Law in 1981, earned an LL.M. from Cambridge University, served as an NDP MLA for Saanich South from 1991 to 2001 holding various cabinet positions, and later became Dean of UVic Law and President of Simon Fraser University until becoming President Emeritus.[1][2][3]
