Andrew Von Hirsch

Andrew von Hirsch is a renowned legal philosopher and penal theorist, known for his foundational work on proportionate sentencing and the ethics of criminal censure. He served as the founding Director of the Centre for Penal Theory and Penal Ethics at the Institute of Criminology, University of Cambridge, and is a professor at Rutgers University.
