Andrew Norriss
Andrew Norriss is a British children’s author and television writer, born in 1947 in Dingwall, Scotland. He studied at Trinity College, Dublin, worked as a teacher, and later wrote television comedy and children’s books, including *Aquila* and *Bernard’s Watch*.[1][3][9]
