Andrew Lloyd Webber

Andrew Lloyd Webber, Baron Lloyd-Webber, is an English composer and impresario of musical theatre, born on March 22, 1948, in London to a highly musical family.[2][3] He rose to fame through collaborations with lyricist Tim Rice on hits like Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat and Jesus Christ Superstar, followed by blockbuster musicals such as Cats, Evita, and The Phantom of the Opera, which became the longest-running Broadway show.[1][2] Knighted in 1992 and an EGOT winner, his eclectic works blending rock, classical, and popular music have revolutionized musical theatre worldwide.[3][6]
