Andrew G. Engel
Andrew G. Engel (1930–2024) was a physician and internationally recognized neurologist known as a pioneer in the field of neuromuscular disease. Born in Budapest, Hungary, he immigrated to the United States in his teens, studied at McGill University, and later became a leading figure in neuromuscular disorders research and patient care.
