Andrew Adonis

Lord Andrew Adonis is a British Labour Party politician, journalist, and author who served in government for five years under Tony Blair and Gordon Brown, including roles as Minister for Schools (2005-2008) and Secretary of State for Transport (2009-2010).[2][7] He previously worked as a political columnist and education correspondent at major publications including the Financial Times and The Observer, and has since held positions including Director of the Institute for Government and Chairman of the National Infrastructure Commission.[2][7]
