Andrea A Lunsford

Andrea A. Lunsford is an American scholar and writer specializing in rhetoric and composition studies, who has taught from 7th grade through Ph.D. levels and authored or co-authored over 20 books on writing, literacy, and intellectual property. Born in Oklahoma and raised in a segregated Appalachian community in eastern Tennessee before settling in St. Augustine, Florida, she earned her B.A. and M.A. from the University of Florida and Ph.D. from Ohio State University in 1977, holding distinguished positions at Ohio State and Stanford University until retiring as Professor Emerita in 2014.[1][2][3][5]
