Amy Huntington (Illustrator)

Amy Huntington is a children's book illustrator and author based in Williston, near Burlington, Vermont. She attended the Swain School of Design, University of Florida, and earned a B.A. from the University of Vermont, beginning her career illustrating stories for Ladybug magazine before expanding into writing with her self-illustrated book One Monday in 2001. Her illustrations have paired with texts by authors like Katie Clark and Jacqueline Jules, featuring works such as Grandma Drove the Garbage Truck and Fresh-Picked Poetry.
