American Education Publishing
American Education Publications was a U.S. educational publisher based in Middletown, Connecticut, best known for producing children's and young adult materials, including *My Weekly Reader* and *Current Events*. It was owned by Wesleyan University from 1949 until its purchase by Xerox in 1965, after which it was renamed Xerox Education Publications in 1972, though the AEP name continued to appear on some books for years afterward.
