Amanda Mason

Amanda Mason was born and brought up in Whitby, North Yorkshire, and studied Theatre at Dartington College of Arts, where she began writing and directing plays. After working as a teacher in the UK and abroad, she turned to prose and published her debut novel, The Wayward Girls, followed by The Hiding Place and The Dark.
