Amanda H Podany

Amanda H. Podany is Professor Emeritus of History at California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, where she specialized in the history of ancient Mesopotamia and Syria in the second millennium BCE. She is the author of several works on the ancient Near East, including the award-winning "Weavers, Scribes, and Kings: A New History of the Ancient Near East" (2022).
