Alissa Timoshkina
Alissa Timoshkina is a London-based food writer, cookbook author, and chef born and raised in Omsk, Siberia. She is the author of 'Salt & Time: Recipes from a Russian Kitchen' and 'Kapusta: Vegetable-Forward Recipes from Eastern Europe,' and co-founded the #CookforUkraine fundraising campaign that raised over £2.5 million for children in Ukraine. She also runs the Kino Vino supper club and is known for decolonizing and promoting Eastern European cuisine.
