Alison Haynes

Alison Haynes is a journalist, editor, and author who grew up in the Kent countryside in England, studied law at universities in London and Paris, and later emigrated to Australia where she became a lecturer in biological sciences at the University of Wollongong. She holds a first-class honours degree in conservation biology and currently serves as Director of the Janet Cosh Herbarium. Her professional background includes work in journalism and academic research in conservation biology.
