Alice Guadalupe Tapp

Alice Guadalupe Tapp is a Mexican-American tamale maker and cookbook author, known as the co-owner of Tamara's Tamales in Marina del Rey, California. She learned to make tamales as a child from her grandmother and later shared her expertise in cookbooks such as "Tamales 101" and "Tamales: Fast and Delicious Mexican Meals."
