Alice Dalgliesh

Alice Dalgliesh was a Trinidad-born American author and editor who wrote more than 40 books, many for children and young readers. She is especially known for her historical fiction and nonfiction, and she also worked as children’s book editor at Charles Scribner’s Sons.
