Alfonso F. Cardenas

Alfonso F. Cárdenas is a Professor Emeritus of Computer Science at UCLA's Henry Samueli School of Engineering and Applied Science. He obtained his B.S. degree from San Diego State University and his M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Computer Science from UCLA in 1969. His research interests include database management, distributed heterogeneous and multimedia systems, information systems planning, software engineering, medical informatics, and legal and intellectual property issues.
