Alexandrine Civard-Racinais

Alexandrine Civard-Racinais is a French journalist, author, and 'passeur de savoirs et d’histoires' specializing in marine worlds, explorers, and animal fragility through documentaries, travel literature, and youth books. She holds a doctorate in Information and Communication Sciences from Université Paris 2 Panthéon-Sorbonne in 1999 and has published around thirty books since 1993, including works on the great white shark, Commander Cousteau, and the forgotten slaves of Tromelin Island.
