Alex George
Alex George is a British writer and lawyer born in London, England, who studied law at Oxford University and worked as a corporate lawyer in London and Paris for eight years before relocating to the United States.[1][4] He currently lives in Columbia, Missouri, where he owns Skylark Bookshop and founded the Unbound Book Festival.[1][2] His novels, including *A Good American*, *Setting Free the Kites*, and *The Paris Hours*, have been translated into more than ten languages and have received numerous accolades including Library Journal's Best Book of the Year and multiple Indie Next picks.[2]
