Alan Hines
Alan Hines (born 1951) is an American novelist and screenwriter from Dallas, Texas, known for his novel Square Dance, which was adapted into a film that premiered at the Sundance Film Festival. He has received the Yukio Mishima Award for Short Fiction and the D.H. Lawrence Fellowship, and has taught writing at Drexel University and Kutztown University of Pennsylvania[2][4].
