Alan Henry
Alan Henry was a renowned British Formula 1 journalist and author who reported on Grand Prix racing for over four decades, serving as correspondent for The Guardian, Grand Prix editor for Autocar, and editor of the Autocourse annual. He authored more than 50 motorsport books, including biographies of Ronnie Peterson and collaborations with drivers like Derek Bell and John Surtees, as well as histories of teams such as Ferrari, McLaren, and Williams. Hugely respected in the F1 paddock, he passed away in 2016 at age 68 after an illness.
