Alan Dutka

Alan Dutka was a marketing research expert, author, and educator with degrees in marketing, statistics, and mathematics. He began his career as a market research analyst at B.F. Goodrich in 1967, later serving as Manager of Statistical Analysis for Fortune 200 companies, and founded NSRC in Cleveland, Ohio, while teaching as an adjunct professor at the University of Akron and Cleveland State University. Dutka authored books including the AMA Handbook for Customer Satisfaction and local history works like Misfortune of Cleveland's Millionaires' Row and Cleveland's East Fourth Street.
