Alan C. November

Alan C. November is an international leader in education technology, founder and senior partner of November Learning, and author of best-selling books including 'Who Owns the Learning?' and 'Empowering Students with Technology.' He began his career as an oceanography teacher and dorm counselor at an island reform school for boys in Boston Harbor, later becoming a computer science teacher in Lexington, MA, where he pioneered one of the first student online projects in 1984. A co-founder of the Stanford Institute for Educational Leadership Through Technology, he has been honored as one of the original five national Christa McAuliffe Educators.
