Aetius

Aetius was a 1st- or 2nd-century AD Greek doxographer and eclectic philosopher, known primarily for compiling philosophical opinions rather than for surviving original works. His writings do not survive, but he is important for preserving fragments of ancient Greek philosophy through later quotations and compendia.
