Adrianna Kezar
Adrianna Kezar is a professor of higher education at the University of Southern California, where she serves as the Dean’s Professor of Leadership, Wilbur-Kieffer Professor of Higher Education, and director of the Pullias Center for Higher Education. Her research focuses on change, leadership, governance, student success, diversity and equity, and the changing academic workforce in higher education.
