Adele Slaughter

Adele Slaughter is a poet and author who received her MFA in poetry from Columbia University and published her first book of poems, What the Body Remembers, in 1994. She is also a co-author of the nonfiction book Art That Pays: An Emerging Artist's Guide to Making a Living (2004), a journalist, and a filmmaker known for the short film Jealousy (2014). She lives in Los Angeles with her husband, actor Jeff Kober.
