Aaron Trammell
Aaron Trammell is an Associate Professor of Informatics at the University of California, Irvine, with affiliations in African American Studies and Media Studies. His scholarship examines games and play, especially how titles like Dungeons & Dragons and Magic: The Gathering reflect white privilege and hegemonic masculinity in geek culture. He is also the Editor-in-Chief of Analog Game Studies and the author of Repairing Play and The Privilege of Play.
