A Manette Ansay

A. Manette Ansay is an American author born in 1965 in Michigan who grew up in Wisconsin. She is the author of six novels, including the Oprah Book Club selection Vinegar Hill, as well as short story collections and a memoir. She is Professor Emerita at the University of Miami, where she directed the MFA program and taught fiction, creative nonfiction, and poetry.
