A. C. A. Hall

Arthur Crawshay Alliston Hall (1847-1930) was an American Episcopal bishop, serving as the third Bishop of Vermont from 1894 to 1930. Born near Reading, England, on April 12, 1847, to a retired army officer, he was a mission priest with the Society of St. John the Evangelist from 1871 to 1894 and was renowned for his scholarship, spirituality, and humor.[1][5]
