It takes a heartfelt deep dive into the life of Eloise Gwendolyn Sanford (AKA) Isabel Sanford, former star of the hit TV sitcom "The Jeffersons." It's mainly about her off screens stories and struggles from NYC to Hollywood and her determination to stay focused on her acting career. As a child, she was different, creative and defiant, and at certain times she was called crazy by family members. In grade school, she regularly participated in school plays and talent shows. First recognized, inspired, and motivated by her fifth-grade Teacher Ms. Buskin who saw the potential in Eloise, and Ms. Buskin helped her unleash her hidden talents. As Isabel got older, her passion for acting only grew with age. Her highly religious mother, Josephine Perry, shined a dim light on the fact Isabel was into theater arts and thought any part of show biz was the devil's work, so Isabel had to pursue her training and acting career behind her mother's back, which was another added obstacle she had to deal with amongst the ones she already had, in paving a path for her to make her dreams come true. As a single mother with three kids, she packed up her bags and kids in the Bronx and headed to California on a hope, prayer, and trail-ways bus with only $600 to her name. She starved her obstacles and fed her focus in order to stay on track to succeed.
