This is a short cookbook of meals that my grandparents (who were immigrants from Canada during the Textile Revolution in New England, USA during the 1920's) used to cook for us during the Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas Holidays when I was growing up. There are also recipes that I originated and use on a weekly basis in the second half of the book. Some of the recipes may seem simplistic, but that is because I tried to gear this book towards single men and young adults cooking for themselves for the first times. I hope you enjoy the recipes.
