Release Me: Letting Go of Negative Energy

Energy never dies, it only transforms. Writing what you feel takes that energy out of you and places it on the paper. This journal contains 100 pages that will allow you to write down any past or present hurts, pains, resentments, anxieties, or fears, so you can begin to heal. After writing you can choose to keep it or rip it out and dispose of it. You may need to write some situations more than once for it to be removed, just remember to acknowledge it and let it go with love.
