Arden Monte was advised to, go west young man, by Dwain Bittner, his usual freight dispatcher. So he did, armed with a box of mangoes Arden drove out west, headed for 'El Valle de los Reyes' The Valley of the Kings Mines, out on The Lost Dukes Highway, and deep into the desert country referred to as, 'El fin del mundo' The end of the world. You couldn't say he wasn't warned about venturing out there though, even Dwain Bittner told him the Lost Dukes Highway was some kind of Bermuda Triangle for trucks, their loads, and drivers. Many a roadtrain, and its driver had just vanished off the face of the earth never to be seen again. They had all gone missing just beyond the Rio Seco Roadhouse. Then there were the Seven Cameleers to consider which to Arden Monte was just all Hocus Pocus! He needed the work, or so he thought he did ...
