MeiroKodo is a unique and original puzzle book concept involving artistic mazes, a secret code, and a special message to decipher.. HOW DOES IT WORK?. In each volume of MeiroKodo there are 26 mazes. Each of these mazes starts with one of the letters of the alphabet.. Each maze ends with a unique type of symbol, but in every maze there are multiple symbols. Only one of the symbols in each maze is going to be the right one, and the others are decoys. Just stay inside the lines as you wind your way through, and you won't end up on one of the decoys.. **Special Hint**Use coloured pencils or crayons when solving the mazes. When you go down a wrong path, change colours. The more mistakes you make, the better the maze looks! :) . There is a code sheet in each volume that has all the symbols on it, and a blank space under them. Once you've found which symbol relates to the starting letter of each maze, you can write the letter down under the symbol on the code sheet.. At the end of each volume of MeiroKodo is an encrypted message written with these symbols. Use the code sheet to simply write down each letter in the message for the symbol that it correlates with. By doing this, you can decipher the secret message at the end.. TELL ME MORE!. Each maze puzzle in MeiroKodo is hand-crafted by a master maze artist. But by using symbols for the letters instead, deciphering the messages becomes more challenging in that it's not as easy to recognize the repetition and patterns of words and letters. This makes solving the mazes not only more fun, but also a very important step instead of just short-cutting directly to the message waiting at the end of each volume, and trying to figure it out.. All mazes are solved for at the back of each book, but not the messages. The messages are original to MeiroKodo, and they are always upbeat and positive..
