From F.A.D.S. To Freedom: False Allegiance To Destructive Stuff

A fad is a trend or craze is any form of collective behavior that develops within a culture, a generation, or a social group in which a group of people enthusiastically follow an impulse for a finite period. Mainly, it is something temporary that is a craze for a short period. In society; we have many; fads, usually, anything that gives us instant gratification. In this book, I wish to explore the possibilities of what happens, when we take that same word ("FADS") and use it as an acronym to promote longevity for the spirit. The purpose of this book is to take a short term problem and change it into a long term solution. What is your F.A.D.S. (False Allegiance to Destructive Stuff) ?
