Created for the Glory of God: Who is man?

To know a man and his identity, we must know the purpose for which God created him. God designed and created man for His Glory. It is then so important that to understand man and his identity, we must know the Glory of God for which he was created. God designed and created you solely to fulfill His purpose. Knowing why man was created will expose why he is who he is.The Glory of God is the reason why He does everything and anything He does. The glory of God is the reason for every act God ever did, does, or will do. When we fail to give Him glory, we "sin and fall short of His glory" (Rom 3:23) . Therefore, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God. (1 Cor 10:31) . God's worthiness to us is based solely on the fact that He has made us and the world around us. Since He has made us for Himself, He's expecting us to give Him glory and worship due to Him alone.The question is how can we glorify God acceptably? To begin, let us look at God's Glory. What is God's Glory? But what is the glory of God? What does it mean for God alone to be glorious? If glory belongs to God alone, then how is it that some human beings will share in it? And then how do we glorify God? What are the acceptable ways by which God is glorified? How do I make sure that the Glory of God is able to manifest in my life? Is there anything that I have to avoid or remove from my life to let God's Glory manifest in me and through me? How do I ascribe Glory to God alone and live for only His Glory? How must I glorify God acceptably? How do we live for God's Glory today? This book has provided answers to all of these questions.Unfortunately, the Christians has not been giving God His due glory in all the ways He expects to receive it from them. And God is eager to manifest Himself to those who appreciate His purpose and love Him so much to give Him glory.
