What being gritty means to me is having no excuses, doing what you have to do long after that feeling of excitement is gone, rain or shine, hot or cold, whatever it is, it is all mental. It is resourcefulness, it is pushing through when it is hard or whenever you think that it is hard, because when you get to the other side you are going to realize that it is not that hard.
