This booklet is the companion to my book entitled Rational Meditation. It utilizes the various exercises of the original book that involve contemplation or meditation and provide space for written input by the reader. The idea is to take the sections that involve written input and contemplation and to collect them into one practical workbook that the individual can use as he meditates on these matters. I have tried to supplement these chapters where necessary to summarize the original book, however, it is suggested that in order to get the most value from this workbook, the reader should familiarize him or herself with the original book. This book will get you started by recommending specific exercises for meditative focus and giving you some "space" to write down your thoughts. As you practice these skills and learn to focus better on your body and mind, you will begin to feel a closer connection to existence and especially the people you love. You may learn some things that may help you decide about your relationships, work, career, personal friendships and love relationships. You may change some of your values, but rest assured, you are in control and you will be the person to decide about your values and future.
