My Struggles are Real: Showing my scars so others know they can survive

In this book you will find part of my life from a young age to now with most of the struggles that I've had to go through. I discuss the emotional rollercoaster that I did and am still going through not knowing until recently that the way I was perceived and treated growing up, became the cause of most of my struggles for the most part of my life. I also talk about my admission to a treatment facility, my diagnose with Bipolar in my late 40's, my decision to end my life and so much more. The purpose of this book is to help others and for people to understand and know that they are not alone and that what they are going through is real. There is no shame to talk about it and to reach out.
