Biosafety resource book

The biosafety resource book stems from the experience gained in biosafety capacity development projects and is based on the materials developed by the lecturers who have taught in the training courses organized to date. . The box includes five books whose subjects are: Introduction to molecular biology and genetic engineering, ecological aspects, risk analysis, test and post-release monitoring of genetically modified organisms (GMOs) and legal aspects. The resource book aims at providing biosafety regulators, policy makers and members of the national biosafety committees with reference materials that can be readily consulted beyond the training events, when the need arises.
