For the years 2000-2003, this English-French bilingual UN report presents comparable global data on the supply of commercial primary and secondary forms of energy. To assess long-term trends, these data can be compared to those featured in yearbooks since 1950. In addition to the basic tables on production, consumption, trade, and stock changes, statistics are furnished on such variables as principal energy importers and exporters, the capacity of refineries and plants, ratio of petroleum reserves to production, and new/ renewable sources.
