Human Resource Issues Related to an Expanding Nuclear Power Plant Programmed (Iaea-tecdoc)

This report contains guidance on human resource management issues related to expanding a nuclear power plant (NPP) fleet, drawing on the lessons learned from NPP operating organisations in member states. Topics discussed staffing and organisation, recruitment and retention, training and education, work force planning; as well as critical influencing factors that have an impact on one or more of these human resource issues, such as site conditions, plant design, plant operations and support.
