To say this is an amazing memoir written by an amazing man is a great understatement. It is, in fact, an incredible book written by a truly incredible man. Alan Counsell's birth was not an easy one and consequently resulted in brain damage (Cerebral Palsy) His parents were told that he would never walk, talk, be educable and would not life beyond the age of ten. It is a story of a remarkable life full of achievement.
